We currently have several iPhone applications to help with language learning, such as Japanese My Way and Kanji Renshu.
Language Land is the next evolutionary step from our soon to be released product Phrase Blaster. Practicing individual phrases has great value over practicing individual vocabulary, but if you really want to make it stick there's nothing better than being in an immersive environment. How do we achieve that if we don't live in that immersive environment?
Though our current products are focused on Japanese learning, we are soon going to be releasing our new application Phrase Blaster, which will be language agnostic. Phrase Blaster will allow users to add new grammar and sample sentences to facilitate the building of a crowd sourced reference for language grammar and samples. Using this grammar and sample library, users can then use the voice synthesis and recognition to practice speaking and translating in the language of their choice.
Japanese My Way is our most popular mobile application. It functions as a dictionary for words, kanji and example sentences, all of which are fully cross referenced. it also allows you to create study lists (called flash decks) that you can get practice as flash cards using a spaced-repetition system for more efficient learning.
Kanji Renshuu allows you to practice reading and writing kanji in the context of sample sentences. You can use either study lists of kanji or words and then Kanji Renshuu will pull out a list of sentences with those words for you to practice.
